Matthew P. Anesh
Elected Councilman in 2005 and 2009. Matt is 38 years old and has lived in South Plainfield all his life. He attended Sacred Heart School, South Plainfield High School and graduated in 1995 from the College of New Jersey with a Bachelors of Science in Economics. He is Vice President with a Fortune 100 Financial Services Company in Pennington,NJ and NYC.
Matt lives at 26 Hidden Court with his wife, Kimberly, and their twin sons, Joseph and Harrison. He is a communicant of Sacred Heart Church, a member of Hopewell Responsible Citizenship Committee , South Plainfield Junior Baseball coach and a member of the Public Celebrations Committee. He also is a member of a men's ice hockey team.

Robert Bengivenga, Jr.
Elected Councilman in 2005. Rob served his first three year term from 2006-2008. Elected as Council President in 2008 and elected in 2009 for a second three year term. Rob is 28 years old and a life long resident of South Plainfield.
He attended Sacred Heart School, Wardlaw Hartridge School and graduated in 2004 from University of Scranton with a
Bachelors of Science in Marketing. He is presently employed as a Division Sales Manager for Republic Services of NJ, D.B.A. Marpal Disposal, a Fortune 200 Company in Tinton Falls, NJ.
Rob lives at 521 South Plainfield Avenue and is a member of the Sons of the American Legion Chaumont Post 243, UNICO National and the Italian American Club in South Plainfield. He attends Sacred Heart Church.
Councilman Bengivenga chairs the Public Safety Committee and serves on the Administration, Finance and Public Information andRecreation Committees.

Alex Barletta
Appointed to the Council in 2011. Councilman Barletta is 49 years old and
was raised in South Plainfield where he attended the old Grant School
(now Keystone), the Middle School and South Plainfield High School.
Alex has held a variety of management positions and recently opened his
own business with his wife Susan and their two sons, Alex, Jr. and Adam.
He has coached baseball, teener-ball and basketball in South Plainfield
and is a former member of the Knights of Columbus.
In 2008 Alex was appointed to the Zoning Board of Adjustment and served
as vice chairman from 2008-2009. In 2010 his fellow members elected him
chairman, a post he held until his appointment to the Council.
Councilman Barletta chairs the Economic Development Committee and serves on the Public Safety and Administration, Finance and Public Information Committees.

Raymond Rusnak
Elected Councilman in 2007. Now serving his 2nd term. Ray is 56 years old and has lived in South Plainfield since 1998.
He currently serves as Council President.
He has over 30 years of banking,investment and insurance experience.
Ray lives at 1505 Field Avenue with his wife, Robyn. Councilman Rusnak chairs the Administration, Finance and Public Information Committee. He also serves on the Public Safetyand Economic Development Committees.

America in Newark, NJ.
Tim lives at 115 Eleanor Street and is married to his childhood sweetheart, Gina. They have three children Sean, Caitlin and Jillian. Tim is also a current member of the Sons of the American Legion, Chaumont Post 243.
